Career Planning Test

 In today’s fast changing world, there are number of careers available in the market and therefore hundreds of disciplines are being offered by institutions of higher leaning. In this scenario, it becomes difficult for a student to choose the right discipline which suits him/her the best. It is also crucial for students to be focused and choose a career diligently as this decision lead him/her to success or failure in life. Identifying ones personality traits, abilities, skills, values and strengths is of utmost importance while making a decision whether it be choosing a subject at high school or the selection of an under graduate program. The optimal match between one’s aptitude and career planning is thus critical to success whether be it academic or in career.

Eduvision Career Planning test prove very effective in establishing the student’s strengths and identifying appropriate disciplines for higher education.

 Eduvision conducts assessment for students from Grade 8th to 12th. The test takes about 1.5 hour to complete. All parts of the assessment are analyzed and the student’s performance in this set of tests results is mapped against requirements and demands of over 140 different career options. Each student appearing in the test is provided a comprehensive report about his own persona, abilities, values and strengths compiled with short listed career options.

Individuals desirous of taking Career Planning Test may visit us from Monday to Friday from 3:00 Pm 6:00 PM.

Career Planning Test is organized at Member Institutions and at Eduvision office Fortnightly. Institutions and Students may call at 051-2213201 or drop an e-mail at: contact@eduvision.edu.pk  for Test Registration or Membership.

The test is evaluated by a panel of career planning experts, Eduvision team and by the EGCP system. After the evaluation by these three means, the student is suggested to choose a particular field of study and discipline that best suits his/her aptitude, skills, faculties and goals

Career counseling

Our Careers and Graduate Employment Officers provide one-hour individual career counselling sessions with students. These sessions are especially designed for those students who are uncertain about their current direction/options.

Common areas explored through career counseling include:

Career Planning Workshops

Career Plannign Workshosps are organized at Schools and Colleges. The Workshops consists of three kinds of activities, namely Career Awareness Sessions, Career Planning test and Individual Counseling.

Eduvision Career Planning workshops emphasize the importance of student’s self-assessment in taking first step towards identifying his/her career of interest and setting effective strategies to landing satisfactory employment. The workshops help the students to get to know his/her personality type and identify the type of work that matches his/her personality preferences, strengths, weaknesses and unique gifts. Through the use of worksheets, it allows the student to brainstorm and explore the values and skills that he/she possess. The workshop is based on aptitude measuring which measures student’s level of interest in occupational areas, work and leisure activities and various learning techniques and work environments
