It was decided in the meeting that the marks would be allotted to the 2nd year students on the basis of their performance in 1st year in annual exams 2019. Moreover, an extra 3% marks will be given to the students. Total marks of the 2nd year will be mentioned on the result card, while subject wise marks of 2nd year will not be mentioned.
Similar will be the case with matric students. 10th class students will be given 3% grace marks as per their performance in the 9th class result.
If the student has failed in any subject, passing marks will be given to the student. According to the policy for students who failed or were absent in the first year, it is clarified that if a student fails in two subjects, then the numbers of failed subjects will be counted after calculating the average of passed subjects. However, if any student was absent or failed in more than two subjects, then he or she will be passed by giving 33 percent passing marks per paper.
