scholarships for needy students
The aim
of the scholarship is to help bright but financially disadvantaged students
of Pakistan, who want to join Higher Educational Institutions. Pakistan, a
third world country with nuclear capability and higher strategic importance,
is still in dire need to promote public education especially the higher
education which plays a major role in the development of individuals and
nations. In fact, it is a critical one if the cycle of poverty in developing
countries is to be broken. Unfortunately the cost of higher education is
not affordable for the most people in Pakistan. It is in light of this that
we launched Pakistan Scholarship Programme – to lend a hand to parents who
have successfully sponsored their children through Intermediate, but cannot
afford the cost of Higher Education. The project will continue for a long
term, and not just a onetime activity.
