Eligibility Criteria:
- FCPS/MS/DOMS/MCPS/FRCS (Ophthalmology) with a valid PMDC license.
- 2-3 years of relevant surgical, clinical, and patient care experience.
- Strong surgical, clinical, and patient care skills.
