Vacancies Announcement - Bacha Khan Medical College, Mardan (MTI)

The Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI Mardan) invites job applications from qualified candidates for merit-based appointment against the following vacant positions on a contract basis for the College of Nursing Mardan:

  • Nursing Lecturer (G-08)
    Qualification & Experience: Post RN or Generic BSN (16 years of education) from any PNC recognized university/Institute. Three (03) years of post-degree clinical or teaching experience in a well-reputed HEC-recognized institution. Valid PNC license with all entries of professional qualifications.
  • Clinical Instructor (Nursing) (G-08)
    Qualification & Experience: Post RN or Generic BSN (16 years of education) from any recognized university/Institute. Two (02) years of post-degree clinical experience. Valid PNC license with all entries of professional qualifications.

Terms & Conditions

  • The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
  • In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time, institutional employee and will have to submit an accepted resignation from his existing employment with any other entity, local or abroad, including, but not limited to, the civil service of the Government.
  • Candidate will be disqualified/terminated if found of any perjury in his/her documentation/credentials, including termination from service at any stage.
  • The institution reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel the post.
  • The quota of minority/disable will be treated as per Govt. Policy.
  • If deemed necessary, the test will be conducted through ETEA. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
  • Any Attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant; the decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/interview.
