Advertisement for Recruitment of Staff - Directorate General of Mines & Minerals, Punjab
Applications are invited from eligible candidates bearing domicile of Punjab on a Lum Sum Basis for the project titled "Economic Prospective of Coal, Iron Ore, Limestone and Other Industrial Minerals in Koh-E-Suleman, Dera Ghazi Khan Division GS. No. 2687" in the Project Management Unit (PMU). The duration of the project is initially till the closure of the financial year 2026-27 and is likely to be extendable for the complete project period.
Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
- Drone Operator (PPS-06) (01 Post)
- Salary: PKR 150,000 Lum Sum
- Qualification: BS GIS & RS / Space Science / BE Geoinformatics / Geomatics / Geography or equivalent qualification/degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum two (02) years of experience in the related field from a recognized public/private organization. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in drone technology.
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Surveyor (PPS-06) (01 Post)
- Salary: PKR 100,000 Lum Sum
- Qualification: DAE Civil from a recognized college.
- Experience: Minimum three (03) years of experience in the related field from a recognized public/private organization.
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Driver (PPS-03) (02 Posts)
- Salary: PKR 55,000 Lum Sum
- Qualification: Under Matric having a valid driving license of LTV/HTV.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
Age Relaxation
General age relaxation in the upper age limit at the date of advertisement is applicable as per Government of Punjab rules: 5 years for males and 8 years for females.
Terms & Conditions
- The positions are to be filled on a Lum Sum basis and do not carry any claim for regularization or extension beyond the project period.
- The initial contract period will be up to May 31, 2027, and is extendable based on project implementation needs.
- Candidates from Punjab Province only are eligible to apply.
- In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel after obtaining an NOC from their department.
