Job Details
Applications are invited for various permanent positions in the District and Sessions Judge / District Commissioner Office, Lower Chitral, through the Educational and Testing Evaluation Agency (ETEA) under the approval of the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Letter No. CO(Finance)/17878136874013672/2026 dated 04-08-2026).
Vacancy Details
- Computer Operator (BPS-16): 4 total vacancies (1 for women, 1 for minorities, 2 for open merit). Qualification: Master's in Computer Science (ICS or equivalent) from a recognized university, with a minimum typing speed of 10,000 Key Operations per hour. Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
- Junior Scale Stenographer / Stenotypist (BPS-14): 3 total vacancies (1 for women, 2 for open merit). Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board. Shorthand speed: 50 wpm, English typing speed: 35 wpm. Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
- Junior Clerk (BPS-11): 1 total vacancy (Minority quota). Qualification: Matric or equivalent from a recognized board. Typing speed: 30 wpm. Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
Terms and Conditions
- Applicants will be allowed provisionally to appear in the ETEA screening test, subject to detailed scrutiny by the concerned authority.
- All candidates must update their profile on the ETEA website. After profile creation and application submission, generate the token slip from the ETEA website and verify your CNIC through any NADRA Sahulat Center.
- Shortlisted candidates based on ETEA test results will be called for further process according to recruitment policy.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per rules up to 01.01.2026.
- Government employees must apply through proper channels and provide NOC at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for tests and interviews.

- Interested candidates should visit the ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
- After successful online application, generate the deposit slip containing the token number, project code, and personal details.
- Pay the non-refundable test fee using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any branch of UBL.
- Keep the original paid slip safe. Do not share it with anyone.
- Hard copies of documents are not required at the initial stage, but documents will be requested from successful candidates during interviews.
- Online application forms will be available on the ETEA website starting from 1st September 2026.
- Last date to apply is 30 days from the publication of this advertisement.
