EIDMC, a public-sector company established to develop and manage energy infrastructure projects, is actively seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for various positions on a contract basis.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

  • Director (Procurement): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) or Supply Chain/Business Administration. Professional certification (CIPS, CSCP, PMP, CIPM) preferred. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement & contract management. Max age: 50 years.
  • Deputy Director (Project Planning & Business Strategy): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical)/Business Administration/Project Management. Master's degree in Project Management/Business Administration preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.
  • Deputy Director (Project Finance & Budgeting): Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or member of a recognized body of professional accountant. Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.
  • Deputy Director Civil: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or PMP/NEBOSH/IOSH certifications preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.
  • Deputy Director (HSE/ESG): Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.
  • Deputy Director Quality & Technical Assurance: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial/Energy Management. Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.
  • Deputy Director Project Delivery: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.
  • Deputy Director (Legal): Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law/Contract Law preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.
  • Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical). Minimum 8 years of experience. Max age: 45 years.

Remuneration, Tenure, and Age Limit

  • A market-based compensation package shall be determined through negotiations and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
  • Positions are purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (3) years (including a 3-month probationary period), extendable based on performance and need.

Other Conditions

  • For Engineering positions, candidates must be registered as Professional Engineers with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
