Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Building Supervisor (2 Posts)
- Qualification: DAE - Electrical
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
- Skills Required: Practical knowledge of office building maintenance, electrical systems, and other technical installations. Familiarity with water, air conditioning, geysers, and other utilities. Ability to identify and resolve daily faults timely.
- Selection Process: Walk-in Interviews from 16th to 18th September 2026 (at 10:00 AM).
2. QS (Quantity Surveyor) Manager (2 Posts)
- Qualification: B.Sc Civil / DAE-Civil / B.Tech
- Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of practical experience in the infrastructure development sector.
- Skills Required: Practical skills in preparing IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates), BOQs, detailed construction lists, and petty contractors' bills. Ability to understand and use data obtained from GPS/Total Station. Practical experience in construction measurement, quantity estimation, and bill preparation. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and 3D software. Experience in supervising infrastructure development projects, measurement, and construction works.
