Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Bannu Vacancy Announcement

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for recruitment on a contract basis for an initial term of three (03) years at Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu / Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital.

Positions and Eligibility Criteria:

• Director Human Resource:
  • Qualification: Master / MBA Degree (16 Years of Education) with specialization in HRM / HRD from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification HRM experience, including 6 years in an HR leadership role (e.g., Director / CHRO / Head of HR or Deputy Director / Manager HR) in a large public/private sector organization. Experience in a tertiary care hospital shall be preferred.
  • Skills: Familiarity with tools of human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office, and file management.
• Deputy Director Human Resource:
  • Qualification: Master / MBA Degree (16 Years of Education) with specialization in HRM / HRD from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of post-qualification HRM experience in a large public/private sector organization. Experience in a tertiary care hospital shall be preferred.
  • Skills: Familiarity with tools of human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office, and file management.

Terms & Conditions:

• The service of the incumbents will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations.
• In case of appointment, the candidate must submit accepted resignation from their current employment (local, foreign, or civil service).
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
