Online applications are invited under the Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Act 2015 for various vacant positions at MTI-HMC and Affiliate Institutes (HMC, KGMC, IKD, B&PSC, PICO, and FHH) Peshawar. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

  • Facility Officer: Master or Bachelor (16 years of education) degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, BS Engineering or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial/administrative role in service industries (healthcare/hospital sector preferred).
  • Procurement/Purchase Officer (Supply Chain): Master's degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management (16 years of education) or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field in public/semi-autonomous/private sector organizations.
  • Computer Operator: MCS/BCS Degree in Computer Science & IT or equivalent, OR Bachelor's degree with a 1-year Diploma (DIT) in Computer. Typing speed above 50 words per minute is essential.
  • Sub-Engineer (Civil): DAE from Technical Board or BS/equivalent degree in Civil Engineering. At least 2 years of experience as Sub-Engineer (no experience required for BS degree holders).
  • Junior Clerk: Bachelor's Degree/B.Com/BBA or equivalent. DIT is preferred. Typing speed above 40 words per minute. At least 2 years of experience in public/private organizations.
  • Mason: Matriculate or Middle school education with at least 2 years of experience as a mason.

  2. After successful submission of the online application, print the prescribed online deposit slip and deposit the test fee through OneLink.
  3. Keep the original deposit slip safe with yourself. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office.
  4. The online application portal will be available starting from 8th October, 2026.
  5. The last date for submission of online applications is 25th October, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

  • Candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website and verify their CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat before applying.
  • Candidates applying for the post of Mason are required to submit their physical applications directly to the HR Department, KGMC, Peshawar.
  • Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
