Online applications are invited from suitable candidates holding a domicile of District Lower Dir for various positions in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner District Lower Dir. The recruitment process is being conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

    • Qualification: At least Second Class Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.

    • Qualification: At least 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (BCS/BIT 04 Years) from a recognized university.
      OR
      At least 2nd class Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with a 1-year Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.

  • Patwari (BPS-09)
    • No. of Posts: 01 (Merit)
    • Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent qualification who have passed the Patwari Examination.
    • Age Limit: 18-35 Years

General Terms & Conditions

  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority.
  • All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
  • Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
  • Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

How to Apply

  1. Interested candidates must visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
  2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
  3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
  4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) safe with yourself. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office.
  5. Availability of the online Application Form on the website starts on 1st September, 2026.
  6. The last date for submission of online applications is 20th September, 2026.
