Eligibility Criteria
- Hospital Director: MBBS, MD, Master's, or Bachelor's (Hons) degree in Hospital/Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent recognized by HEC/PMDC. Requires a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience heading 'Management & Operations' in a medium to large hospital (preferably academic or tertiary).
- Nursing Director: Master's degree or above in Nursing recognized by PNMC. Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in nursing management in a medium to large hospital, with at least 5 years in an academic or tertiary hospital.
- Age Limit: Maximum 60 years by the closing date.
