Contractual Employment Opportunities
Applications are invited from interested candidates for contract positions in the Project Management Unit for the "Upgradation of THQ Baiker to DHQ Baiker District North Dera Bugti & Establishment of 50 Bedded Hospital at Rakni District Barkhan". Positions will be filled purely on a contract basis in line with the policy notified by the P&D Department.
Job Designations & Requirements:
- Senior Assistant Engineer/SDO (02 Posts): BE (Civil) from an HEC recognized institution and registered with PEC. 3-5 years of proven experience in working on engineering projects, preferably with supervisory or project lead responsibilities.
- Computer Operator (01 Post): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Candidates with a relevant diploma/certificate in IT may also be considered. 05 years of experience with technical skills.
- Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor (04 Posts): Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 2-5 years of experience with technical skills in cost management software (CostX, AutoCAD), knowledge of construction contracts and laws (FIDIC), cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Driver (02 Posts): Literate with a valid Driving License (LTV) and a Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Cook/Chowkidar/Sweeper/Naib Qasid (06 Posts): Literate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Local/Pakistani, physically fit, and able to safely handle tasks according to site requirements.
General Instructions:
- The contract will be for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
