Public Sector Organization, Government of Sindh - Job Opportunities

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for various contract-based positions in a Public Sector Organization, Government of Sindh, Karachi. Testing and screening services will be conducted by IBA Karachi.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria:

  • Director Operations/Services: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Policy, or equivalent, with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 45 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Manager Marketing Promotion, Trade & Investment: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Marketing, Trade, Economics, Business, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 40 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Investment Specialist: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Economics, Business, Public Policy, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 40 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Assistant Manager (Marketing, Planning & Promotion): Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Planning, Management, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 35 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Manager IT: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 40 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Assistant Manager (Policy Planning & Statistics): Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 35 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Manager Relations, Liaison & Logistics: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 40 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Assistant Manager (Business Facilitation Center): Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in the Chinese language is mandatory. Age limit: 35 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Assistant Manager (Regulatory Reforms/Legal): Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Economics, Law, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 35 years as of 15th October 2026.
  • Assistant Manager (Business Aid/Assistant): Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Economics, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Age limit: 35 years as of 15th October 2026.

Important Instructions & Terms:

  • These positions are purely on a contract basis, renewable annually based on performance KPIs.
  • Candidates must possess a domicile of Sindh Province.
  • Degrees must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
