- Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred) with 20 years of experience in the power sector.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Requires professional accounting membership or a Master's degree in Finance with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- General Manager Technical: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 10 years of management experience in the power sector.
- Company Secretary (CS): Requires professional accounting/corporate secretary membership or a Master's degree in Business Administration/Law with 5 years of experience.
