The Office of the Project Director, PSDP Scheme No. 2287 (2026-27) for the "Reconstruction of Existing Damaged Schools in Sindh Affected by Rain/Flood 2022 (833 Units)", School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications/Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced professionals for various contract-based positions.
Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
- Consultant Technical (PPS-11) (01 Post): Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in Civil Engineering or related field from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 15 years of experience in project estimation, construction, and monitoring of school buildings.
- Consultant Technical (Monitoring) (PPS-11) (01 Post): Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education) in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in project estimation, construction, and monitoring of school buildings.
- Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (PPS-10) (01 Post): Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects.
- Manager MIS (PPS-09) (01 Post): Master's/BS in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Data Management, Statistics, or MBA with relevant professional certifications (especially GIS/MIS). Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Manager Accounts and Finance (PPS-09) (01 Post): Master's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or professional qualification like CPA/CMA/ACCA/CA. Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Manager Communication (PPS-09) (01 Post): Master's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Economics, Media Management, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Monitoring Officer (Divisional Level) (PPS-07) (06 Posts): Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in school building construction and monitoring.
- Senior Computer Operator / Programmer (PPS-06) (08 Posts): Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science or IT. Minimum 3 years of experience as a computer operator/programmer.
