University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila - Project Based Vacant Positions
Applications are invited from qualified individuals domiciled in the province of Punjab (both hard & soft form) for the following project-based positions.
Positions Available:
- Research Assistant (Category-I): 02 Posts, Rs. 45,000/- per month, Duration: 18 Months. BS/MS in Environmental Engineering/Computer Science or related field. Up to 30 Years age limit.
- Research Assistant (Category-II): 01 Post, Rs. 100,000/- per month, Duration: 15 Months. MS/MPhil/PhD in Civil Engineering. Age: 21-45 Years.
- Research Assistant (Category-III): 01 Post, Rs. 100,000/- per month, Duration: 12 Months. BS/MS in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering. Age: 21-45 Years.
How to Apply:
Applications in hard form on prescribed proforma available at UET Taxila official website (https://web.uettaxila.edu.pk/OR/postsVacant.asp) completed in all aspects along with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, copy of CNIC, one recent photograph, and valid registration card of PEC (only for engineering degrees) should reach in R&I Cell, UET Taxila up to September 14, 2026 till 3:30 PM.
Duly filled application in soft form must also be emailed to the respective project email addresses mentioned in the advertisement.
Application Fee:
Application fee of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) for the project positions must be paid in favor of the Treasurer, UET Taxila in the form of Bank Draft / Postal Orders / HBL Challan of UET Taxila Branch.
General Instructions:
- Candidates applying for multiple positions are required to submit separate applications with separate application fees for each post.
- All posts are purely on a project basis.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
