WAPDA Job Advertisement - Decade of Dams

WAPDA requires staff for various projects across Pakistan. The details of the position are given below:

  • Position: Lady Searcher (BPS-08)
  • Vacancies: 22
  • Qualification: Matric
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in security services from any government, semi-government, or private registered company.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years

Terms & Conditions:

  • This recruitment is for WAPDA projects across Pakistan. Selected female candidates can be posted to any WAPDA project.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government/semi-government institutions as a Lady Searcher.
  • Initial recruitment will be on a 1-year probation period. Confirmation will depend on satisfactory performance during probation. Service can be terminated without notice in case of unsatisfactory performance.
  • All candidates will go through an initial screening process followed by a written test. Successful candidates in the written test will be called for an interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the written test, interview, or medical test. Selection will be made purely on merit.
