How To Apply
TERMS & CONDITIONS
01. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
02. Interview calls letterwill be issued to short listed candidates only.
03. The ETEA test will only be considered for initial short listing and its test scores will have no role in the selection process. Recruitment will only be done purely under the government rules/policy.
04. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications, i.e. 10/01/2023
05. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
06. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
07. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
08. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
09. Number of vacancies can be increased/decreased.
10. CompetentAuthority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning reason.
11. No TA/DAwill be admissible for test/Interview.
12. All government servants will provide departmental permission certificate at the time of interview.
13. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
14. Waiting list will only be valid for three months after completion of recruitment process.
15. After recruitment, the credentials of selected candidates will be verified by the concerned institutions and all the expenses of which will be borne by the candidate himself.
16. If the Information/documents 1 diploma degree or certificate provided by a candidate during selection process at any stage Is proved to be fake, false or Inaccurate, not only will the application / appointment of the candidate concerned be considered canceled but legal ashen under the rules will be initiated against the candidate.
17. One (01)Year, Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from a government recognized Board of Technical Education for the post of Computer Operator (BPS-16) will be accepted. Diploma from any other Board will be not be acceptable.
18. Experience from government/Public sector/ Autonomous body will only be considered during selection process.
19. Such shortlisted candidates will only be entitled for experience marks, who provide relevant valid documents like appointment order, termination order and last pay slip duly signed by the concerned government/Public sector/ Autonomous body with their experience certificate.
20. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
HOW TO APPLY
01. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
02. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates personal information) will be generated.
03. Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip & deposit Rs. 5001- (for BPS-16 & below) and Rs. 7001. (for BPS-17 & above) as test fee (nonrefundable) in any branch of UBL Bank or at UBL OMNI agent on that prescribed printed deposit slip of UBL
04. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
05. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEAor the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.

07. Last date for submission of online Application is 10/0112023.
08. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
09. Test Date, Time &Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
NOTE / IMPORTANT >
Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applies. > Read the instructions thoroughly before filling the online application form. > ETEA shall verify deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected. > Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified. > Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted. > Keep the bank printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else. > Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
