GENERAL TERM & CONDITIONS:
I. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage or in the recruitment process,he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority. 2. Interview calls letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. 3. Shortlisting will be based in the screening test conduct by ETEA and marks obtained in ETEA Test will have no weight in the final selection which will be finalized as perESTA Code. 4. Candidates shall be eligible in all respect by the last date of receipt of applications. 5. Incomplete applications and applications received after last date of receipt of applications will not be entertained. 6. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing government rules. 7. The candidate working in Government/ Semi Government should apply throughproper channel 8. Competent authority reserved the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning reason. 9. The academic documents of selected candidate will be verified from the concerned Board/University at his own cost. 10. Minority Quota will be observed as per Government. I. No TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview.
HOW TO APPLY:
I. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk an apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposited slip (having token number, project code & candidates' personal information.) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the any generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribe test fee (non-refundable) through Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa App or Agent or in any Branch of UBL UBL Omni Agent
4. After successful fee submission please keep the original deposit slip (Candidates copy) having bank stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. Please do not send any documents to ETEA, provision of documents/testimonials to ETEA office.
6. Copies of testimonials documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for security purpose.
7. Availability of online application form on www.etea.edu.pk on 16/12/2022.
8. Last date for submission of online application is 30/12/2022.
9. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported converted mobile number.
10. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slips. I. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test throughpostal/courier means.
NOTE/IMPORTANT:
I. Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applies.
2. Read the instructions thoroughly before filling online applications form.
3. ETEA shall verify deposit fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, yourcandidature shall be rejected.
4. Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.
5. Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
6. Keep the bank printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
7. Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while fillingthe online application form, will not be rejected only but would be preceded against asper rules.
