Secretariat Higher Education, Government of AJK nomination board announces admission of Kashmiri students in Pakistani University on AJK Quota 2024. Seats are reserved in Pakistani professional institutions, colleges, and engineering universities for AJK, refugees in 1947, and Refugees in 1989.
All the candidates who are willing to apply through the nomination board are hereby informed to apply online for admission directly on the websites of concerned universities as this is mandatory for all the candidates otherwise candidates will not be eligible for nomination in concerned universities. The deadline for admissions on Kashmir Quota Seats is extended till July 22, 2024.
Candidates who are willing to apply for civil engineering seat in U.E.T Peshawar are hereby informed that after getting a nomination letter on merit from the nomination board, U.E.T Peshawar will again finalize merit itself among the nominated students from AJK, GB, and Army quota on merit cum choice basis, and if the candidate will not fall in their merit for civil engineering seat, the university will allow the student any other technology of student's choice other than civil technology.
All the students are requested to enter their marks as per policy otherwise their forms will be rejected.

How to apply for Kashmiri Students' seats in Pakistani Universities on AJK Quota Seats
- Candidates will have to clear the entry test if the institute to which he/he wants to get admission on reserved seats requires it.
- The application processing fee is PKR: 1500/- for all courses, while PKR: 2000/- fee will be charged for self-finance seats.
- Application fee can be submitted in the name of Secretary nomination board AJK A/C# 197-8 NBP Old Secretariat (branch Code 0660) Muzafarabad. Application fees can be submitted online from any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan.
- attach attested copies of all required documents with the application.
- Hafiz e Quran students will have to appear in the test for getting extra 20 marks.
- Candidates with A-Level and equivalent qualifications or CGPA pass students will have to submit an equivalence certificate from their concerned department as the merit of all disciplines will be determined on an average basis and remember that merit will not be determined on CGPA.
- Incomplete, dates, and applications without all required documents will be rejected.
- The last date for submission of applications is - 22 July 2024
