All students in Government schools will now be required to submit Form-B in schools at the time of admission. Students who are already studying have also been asked for the NADRA B form. The step is taken to maintain an error-free computerized record of all children admitted in Government schools in Punjab.
Punjab Government School education department has started preparation for computerized data entry of all students. Ministry of Education has sent a circular to all District Education Offices DEOs of the 36 districts of the province.
It has been made mandatory to submit Form B in all government schools from October 15. The Punjab Ministry of Education has decided in principle to prepare new computerized data of students studying in all schools across the province. Form-B will be required to be attached with the admission form in every government school.
