-First merit list for admission in MBBS will be displayed on October 30, 2014.

-Board decided to declare the official MCAT entry test result on September 10, 2014.
-MBBS classes will be started from November 17, 2014.

-while the BDS classes will be started from 22 December, 2014.

Weight-age Formula 2014 For Admission in Medical & Dental Colleges
As per PMDC rules, following weight-age formula will be implemented for admission in medical and dental colleges.
-Marks in Matriculation or equivalent-10 percent
-Marks in FSc pre engineering or equivalent-. 40 Percent
-Marks in MCAT entry test-50 percent

The MCAT entry test fee will remain the same i.e 500 rupees only. Punjab government is taking very reasonable MCAT entry test fee as compared to other provinces. Balochistan, KPK and Sindh governments are taking Rs.3500,1500 and 1900 respectively
