Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore ended the supplementary examination system for failed students in different subjects from the current educational year 2022.
As per details, the supplementary examination will now be called the “second annual examination”. According to details, the Lahore Board has introduced a system of first annual examination and second annual examination against the supplementary examinations.
After adopting the new system of first and second exams, there will be no matriculation and intermediate supplementary examination this year. The first annual examination will be held every year as per the schedule and the second annual exam will be conducted after six months. The official said that along with failed students, fresh candidates can also appear in the said examination. The new policy will come into effect this year, the spokesperson added
