Introduction:
Punjab Medical faculty PMF Lahore Annual, supplementary admission Form 2018, Dates Schedule and all other important instructions are highlighted here. You are advised to read this entire article with full attention, so you can get a better guidance if you are enrolled with a private or governmental institute which is recognized with the Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore PMFL. This intimation is dispatched for all those candidates who are under training for diploma level educations for any allied health sciences faculty. So if you are also enrolled with any institute that is affiliated with the PMF then you are here by notifies that your exams will be held in the month of February, 2018 and all those students who fails in the annual examination can reappear in the supplementary examinations and those students who fails in the annual examinations for 2017 session can also re-attempt their supplementary paper in the annual examination of 2018.
Dates Schedules for PMFL 2018
Candidates you are hereby notified that the Punjab Medical Faculty PMF is going to conduct the new annual examination 2018, old scheme supplementary examination 2017 and examination qualifying Test, starts from 20th February, 2018. Beside this the last dates for the submission of Admission forms are as follows.
- Submission of admission form date with single fee Rs.2000/- is 12th December, 2017
- Submission of admission form date with single late fee Rs.2500/- is 15th December, 2017
- Submission of admission form date with double fee Rs.4000/- is 18th December, 2017
Note: After 8th January no admission form will be accepted in any case.
Important Instructions:
- Admission Fee will be submitted to Sectary, Punjab medical Faculty Lahore through Bank Draft.
- All regular candidates are hereby informed that, they send their admission form via their training institutes.
- If Supplementary candidate is going to send his or her form, He / she has so attached the result card of last supplementary result, registration card and details about the failure subjects.
- Roll Number Slips will be send on the residential addresses of each candidates.
- Exam center will be decided according to your home address and once it is decided it will not change in any condition.
- Un-Complete Application form will be rejected. So fill in your application form with full attention
- Candidates having any issue about their admission form can concern with the administrator office of the Punjab Medical Faculty till 4:00 Pm afternoon on 18th February, 2018.
