University of Health Sciences, UHS Lahore has announced admissions schedule for admissions to Public Sector / Government Medical and Dental Colleges of Punjab for session 201-19. Application process for MBBS and BDS shall start from October 15,2018. Applications shall be filled online and accepted by hand at designated centers.

Eligibility Criteria for UHS Admissions 2018
- The Candidate must hold a domicile of any district of Punjab or Islamabad for application against all above mentioned seats except those of underdeveloped districts.
- For Underdeveloped districts seats, the candidate must hold the domicile of the respective district (DG Khan, Muzzafargarh, Rajan Pur, Lodhran, Bahkkar, Layyah)
- For Open Merit and Receiprocal Seats, the candidates with over 85% aggregate
- The requirement of minimum 85% marks shall not be applicable to Disabled Students, underdeveloped districts, Cholistan and children of Overseas Pakistanis.
Application Procedure for UHS Admission 2018
The application process shall comprise of two steps:

- Manual Submission – Second Step
Online Form Submission for Government Medical Colleges 2018
- Forms can be submitted online at www.bop.com.pk/UHS/Login.aspx
- Account can be registered by entering your email ID, and password.
- The candidate will receive a pin code on his/her email ID from Bank of Punjab. The form can be opened by entering the E-mail ID, Password and Pin Code.
- Applicant will fill in all the fields, and can save the form at any point. The applicant can edit his/her form anytime before clicking on 'SAVE and SUBMIT'.
- Please note that form will not be edited after clicking SAVE ad SUBMIT. So make sure to make any changes before clicking on this button.
- The print out of the form will be acceptable at designated branches of Bank of Punjab. Application processing fee PKR: 200/- shall be payable.
Manual Submission of UHS Application Form
After depositing the fee, applicants can submit their form along with bank challan form and required documents at the following centers:
