The senior most and well experienced career counselor of Pakistan, Sir Yousuf Almas was invited as a guest speaker to the national conference on Career Counselling and National Development on December 26, 2019 in Lahore.

Educationists, teachers, principals and school owners from all across Pakistan attended the conference. Sir Almas addressed the participants on importance of career counseling and its role in national development. Sir shared the glimpses of his vast experience with the participants to help them understand the dynamics of career counseling. He highlighted the negative impacts Pakistani society is facing due to the lack of career counseling and proposed ways they could be remediated.
