Forward is a free, five-month online learning program offered by McKinsey to equip young talent with must-have practical skills to succeed in the future of work.
The forward program offered by McKinsey & Company offers three levels of learning, including foundation level, advanced level, and network level. Online learning is offered for only two hours per week, which is very easy to manage for everyone. After 12 weeks of advanced-level learning, participants will earn a shareable McKinsey Forward digital badge.
Forward offers you to develop new ways of thinking, boost your confidence, and learn to lead with purpose. Forward learning journey levels
Learn through a variety of formats, including digital courses, discussion boards, virtual workshops with McKinsey experts, and a group assignment with real-time peer feedback.
- Foundation level: 8 weeks, two hours per week
- Advanced level and: 12 weeks, two hours per week (earn a shareable McKinsey Forward digital badge)
- Network level: 18 months, ongoing optional activities
Forward Eligibility criteria
To access Forward, you must meet the following criteria:
- currently reside in the Middle East region (currently Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen) or Pakistan
- Employed or self-employed
- More than 5 years of work experience
- Undergraduate, associate, or diploma after intermediate
- Good command of English
