It is pertinent to mention that GCU has secured as many as 10 out of the total 15 positions among boys in the Annual Examinations 2011. Ravians clean swept the Pre-medical Group (Boys) wherein Muhammad Arslan Arshad bagged the first position with 1021 marks while Ahmad Bani Sadar and Muhammad Hamza stood second and third with 1018 and 1013 marks respectively. The GCU students also secured all the three positions in the General Science Group (Boys) where Ashas Ahmad, Hafiz Muhammad Salman Saeed and Daniyal Haleem secured the first, second third positions. The university students also secured two positions in the Pre-engineering group (boys) where Omer Ajmal and Ammad-ud-Din stood second and third with 1027 and 1026 marks.
