There were a number of issues in NUMS MDCAT 2019, including out of syllabus questions especially from Physics portion, as indicated by a number of students, wrong marking etc… hence you can expect that Grace Marks will be given to the students for some of such questions. But we would advise you to clearly review your attempted questions, consult with your teachers and count your marks carefully. Then write a detailed e-mail/application to the NUMS after announcement of results, mentioning each and every concern, with question numbers. In this way, you will stand a better chance of scoring more marks. As the number of queries will be high, so prepare well before time. As those having mentioned the issues clearly, will stand better chances of getting their issues noticed. You can also seek help from your teachers in preparing your e-mail/application.
Although It is expected that NUMS will check all queries, and will allot the Grace Marks to all of the students for the questions which were out of syllabus or were tough for FSc students to attempt. But the status of their re-checking methodology is un-clear as of now. Hence, jsut for pre-cautionary measures, you are advised prepare to present your case / queries properly. It will help you and other students as well.
