Lahore: Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) has announced the schedule for registration of Class 5 and Class 8 annual examinations to be held in 2019. PEC examinations for Class 5 and Class 8 shall be held in first week on Februaruy 2019.
According to schedule issued by the commission, the admissions for PEC 5th & 8th class annual exams 2019 will begin from October 08, 2018. Last date to submit the registration form is November 30, 2018.
The admission forms can be submitted at the relevant ECCs before the given deadline.

Following documents are required for registration.
- Attested copy of computerized national identity card of parent/guardian
- Two recent colored photographs of candidates
- Attested copy of birth certificate/Form B. Admission withdrawal register
Only following subjects will be included in 5th and 8th Classes PEC exams
- Science
- Mathematics
- English
- Urdu
- Islamic Studies or Ethics (for Non Muslims only)

- Private School Registeration Forms can also be verified by Govt. Gazetted Officer
- There are separate Forms available for Grade 5 and Grade 8
- There are separate Forms available for Public School Students and Private School Students.
- A separate Form is also available for Private Student who wants to appear in the examination independently.
- Registration Forms for Public School and Private School Student’s consist of two pages one is form ‘A’ (for School's information) and second one is Form ‘B’ (for student's information) both must be downloaded and filled in carefully and must be submitted to respective ECC/CTSC.
- These Forms are designed to be printed on A4 paper.
