Islamabad: The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced a special registration facility for MDCAT 2026 candidates holding Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ&K) domicile who were unable to register through the official online registration portal.
According to a public notice issued on July 20, 2026, eligible AJK domicile candidates can submit their applications manually in hard copy along with the required documents.
Candidates must attach a bank draft of Rs. 13,000 in favor of PMDC Islamabad and submit their complete application to the PMDC Head Office, G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad, no later than the close of office hours on July 23, 2026.
PMDC clarified that this special arrangement is only for candidates with an AJ&K domicile who could not complete their online registration due to any reason. Candidates from other regions are not eligible for this facility.
Applicants are advised to ensure that all required documents are attached with their application and that the bank draft is prepared correctly to avoid any delays or rejection.
