The Sindh College Education Department has officially opened online admissions for Class 11 (Intermediate Part-I) through the SECCAP portal, with thousands of students already submitting applications across the province.
According to officials, admissions to government colleges in Sindh can only be obtained through the online SECCAP system. Students seeking admission in Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, General Science, Commerce, and Arts groups are required to submit their applications online.
The response from students has been significant, with 38,895 applications received so far. Karachi has recorded the highest number of submissions, accounting for 30,251 applications.
The SECCAP admission process has been designed to be completely digital, allowing students to apply from home without visiting colleges or admission centers. The online system aims to simplify the admission process and ensure transparency in seat allocation.
The Sindh College Education Department has set July 14, 2026, as the deadline for submitting admission applications. Students are advised to complete their registration and application process well before the closing date to avoid last-minute issues.
Education officials have encouraged all eligible students to carefully select their preferred colleges and academic groups while submitting applications through the SECCAP portal.
With admissions now underway, thousands of students across Sindh are expected to apply for Intermediate programs as they begin planning their academic journey for the 2026-27 session.
