The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has officially announced applications for the Omani Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Studies 2026–27, offering Pakistani and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) students an opportunity to pursue bachelor's degree programs in the Sultanate of Oman.
The scholarships are being offered by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman under the Cultural and Scientific Cooperation Program, which aims to promote academic collaboration and strengthen educational and cultural ties between the two countries. HEC will act as the official nominating agency for Pakistan and will forward eligible candidates to the Omani authorities.

USAT Score Mandatory for Eligibility
According to HEC, applicants must possess a valid Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) score to be considered for the scholarship.
The commission has specified that only USAT results obtained on or after June 13, 2025, will be accepted. Furthermore, the score must remain valid until June 13, 2026.
HEC has also clarified that no special USAT examination will be conducted for this scholarship cycle. Students who do not already have a valid USAT result will not be eligible to apply.

Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications through the HEC online scholarship portal before the closing date. Applicants are advised to carefully complete the online form and upload all required supporting documents to avoid delays or rejection.
