The Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust, operating under the College Education Department, Government of Sindh, has officially invited applications for its 2025-26 scholarship program. The initiative aims to provide financial assistance to poor, needy, and meritorious students pursuing higher education at approved public and private universities across Sindh.
The scholarship covers one year's tuition fee for eligible students enrolled in institutions included in the SEEF Trust Panel.

Eligible Degree Programs
Students enrolled in the following disciplines at approved SEEF panel institutions can apply:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery)
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT)
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharmacy)
- BS Nursing (4-year program at notified medical universities/institutions)
- All Engineering disciplines
- Agricultural Engineering
- BS Social Sciences
- Business Administration (BBA)
- LLB (5-Year)
- Information Technology (IT)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
SEEF Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a domicile holder and permanent resident of Sindh.
- Must be enrolled in an approved university or institution included in the SEEF Trust Panel for the 2025-26 academic year.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 or at least 60% marks.
- Family income must fall within the approved income brackets.
- Income certificates must be verified by the relevant authorities.
- Students whose parents work in government departments must provide official salary certificates and payslips.
Only students admitted during the 2025-26 academic session are eligible.
Family Income Criteria
Scholarships will be distributed according to the following income categories:

Reserved Scholarship Quotas
The SEEF Trust has allocated scholarships under different categories:
- 86% for poor, needy, and meritorious students.
- 2% reserved for students with disabilities.
- 2% reserved for minority students.
- 5% reserved for orphan students.
- 5% reserved for children of Government of Sindh employees.
Who Is Not Eligible?
The following applicants are not eligible for the scholarship:
- Students enrolled outside the SEEF panel institutions.
- Self-finance and overseas admission students.
- Distance learning, executive, and part-time students.
- Students with incomplete applications.
- Students who provide false or incomplete information.
- Students who have dropped out or passed out.
- Students enrolled in affiliated colleges rather than approved universities.
- Students studying individual social science subjects outside the approved criteria.
Selection Process
Eligible applications will be scrutinized by universities before being forwarded to the SEEF Trust.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview before the designated committee according to the criteria approved by the Board of Trustees of the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF-BOT).
