Reform Support Unit, School Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh Govt of Sindh announces to distribute Annual Stipend for Girl Students enrolled in Government schools in Sindh province. The stipend will be given to the girl students who need financial help. The Stipend amount for eligible Girl Students of sixth, ninth, and tenth classes of all government middle schools and secondary schools across Sindh is Rs: 3,500/- The Disbursement of Stipend is being started from 24th July 2023. Distribution of annual stipend to eligible female students of VI, Secondary School Certificate (class 9, and class 10) in all government middle schools and High Schools across Sindh is being started from 24 July 2023. Eligible students will be those whose aggregate attendance is at least 50% from August 2022 to December 2022. A Transaction ID (TID) will be issued by Jazz Cash via SMS to the mobile number given on the form for the Stipend. After obtaining the TID, the student's parent/guardian should go to their nearest Jazz Cash Retailer along with the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and get the stipend amount through biometric verification of their thumb impression by showing the TID. The parents/guardian of the student will receive the stipend amount of Rs.3.500/- without any deduction or paying any additional amount after verifying the Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and thumb impression. If for any reason such as SMS is not received but the name of the eligible student is included in the concerned school list, the parent/guardian of the student can claim the scholarship amount by showing their computerized national identity card and thumb impression verification.
