Steps to Register for the TOEFL iBT

1. Go to the Official ETS Website: Visit www.ets.org/toefl.

2. Create an Account / Sign Up: Set up your ETS profile. Make sure your name matches your official government-issued ID (Passport or CNIC) character-for-character.

3. Log In to Your Portal: Access your dashboard using your credentials.

4. Select Your Test: Choose TOEFL iBT.

○ Important Recommendation: Always choose the Test Center option. While an online home edition exists, many international institutions prefer or strictly mandate proctored test-center environments.

5. Select Date and Location: Pick an authorized testing center in your preferred city

and choose an available test date.

6. Complete the Payment: Pay the registration fee securely online via an

international-enabled Visa or MasterCard.

7. Confirmation: Receive your confirmation email and review all appointment details.

How to Register Score Recipients (The 4 Free Reports)

One of the greatest perks of the TOEFL registration is that you can send your scores to 4 universities or institutions for free.

Crucial Rule: You cannot add or finalize your free score recipients until after you have successfully paid for your test. Many students panic during registration, thinking they missed this step. Don't worry, the option unlocks immediately post-payment.
