The University of the Punjab (PU) has officially announced undergraduate admissions for the 2026-27 academic year, inviting online applications for a wide range of bachelor's degree programs offered at its Lahore campus and affiliated campuses.
According to the admission notice, only online applications will be accepted, and the admission portal will remain open from 2 July 2026 to 4 August 2026 (11:59 PM).
Students who have completed or are awaiting the results of their intermediate or equivalent examinations can apply according to the university's admission policy.

Entry Test Weightage
Punjab University has also announced the weightage of its admission test:
- 33% for Engineering programs
- 25% for Non-Engineering undergraduate programs
The remaining merit will be calculated according to the university's admission policy.

- Gujranwala Campus
- Jhelum Campus
- Pothohar Campus
Each campus offers selected undergraduate programs in business, commerce, computer science, law, management, and other disciplines.

Punjab University has advised applicants to carefully read the eligibility criteria before submitting online applications.
The university also noted that hostel accommodation will be available according to university rules and subject to availability. Students admitted to self-supporting, afternoon, and replica programs may not be eligible for hostel accommodation.
