The Balochistan High Court has restored the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council PMDC. Earlier the PMDC was dissolved by the President, Dr. Arif Alvi. Balochistan High court has ordered the government to immediately pay salaries to all the employees, removed by the Government across the country.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court Jamal Khan Mandokhel and Justice Abdullah Baloch on Monday held the hearing of the petition filed by the dismissed employees of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
The court suspended the imposition of section 49 of the Presidential Ordinance, and stopped the implementation of the presidential ordinance.
