Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) announces dates for admit cards of the students for the Medical and Dental Colleges Admissions Test (MDCAT). Admit cards will be uploaded on the DUHS website on September 13, 2024. DUHS will conduct MDCAT for admissions in MBBS/ BDS program session 2024-25 in Public and Private Sector Medical Universities / Colleges of Sindh Province on (SUNDAY) 22nd SEPTEMBER 2024.
Reporting time for candidates is 7:00 am to 9:00 am
Duration of test shall be 3 Hrs 30 Minutes: 10:00 am to 1:30 pm
DUHS MDCAT Test Centers
The test shall be simultaneously conducted in the following cities of Sindh Province;
- KARACHI
- NED University of Engineering & Technology University Road, Karachi.
- Cricket Ground Dow University of Health Sciences, Ojha Campus, Gulzar-e-Hijri Scheme-33, Suparco Road, Karachi
- JAMSHORO / HYDERABAD
- Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro.
- LARKANA
- Police Training School, PTS Bus Terminal, Larkana.
- NAWABSHAH (SHAHEED BENAZIRABAD)
- Bilawal Sports Complex. Nawabshah.
- SUKKUR
- IBA Public School Sukkur PR3V+2MQ, Military Road, Sukkur.
Instructions for Candidates Appearing in MDCAT 2024
- Candidates registered on the portal of PM&DC for Sindh must download their admit card from the DUHS website (admissions.duhs.edu.pk) from 13th September 2024, and take its colour print on A4-sized white paper.
- Candidates must bring a color print of the admit card with them; without the admit card, candidates will NOT be allowed to enter the test center.
- Candidates must bring his/her photograph bearing official original documents in addition to CNIC/B-Form (e.g Domicile, PRC etc). (Photocopy will not be accepted) A candidate who fails to bring his/her original National Identity Card/NICOP/Juvenile card/Passport/B-Form, will not be allowed in the test venue. Pens and water bottles will be provided by DUHS at test centers.
- Entry into the test centers with the following items is strictly prohibited; in case of violation, the candidate will be immediately expelled from the center and his/her paper will be canceled.
- mobile phones, calculators, books and notes, hard boards, bags, electronic devices such as smartphones, all kinds of watches, headphones, bluetooth devices etc. any such item brought to the venue will be discarded by the conduction Staff and DUHS will not be responsible for the same.
- Candidates are advised to reach their respective test center on 22nd September 2024 between 7:00 am and 9:00 am. The test centers will be sealed at 9:30 am and no one will be allowed to enter after that. Test timings will be from 10:00 am till 1:30 pm.
- Candidates will undergo body search before entering the test center.
- Parents/relatives will not be allowed into and around the test center premises.
