The main purpose of this course is to give young teachers basic knowledge, skills and competence for a successful medical teaching career.
The program will be imparted in two blocks of four days each at the University of Health Sciences. There will be an interval of approximately three months between the two blocks. During this interval, the students are required to submit online assignments to their supervisors.
The applicant must be working as a Senior Registrar/Demonstrator or Assistant Professor in a medical or dental college or a teaching hospital of the Punjab.
The candidates intended to get admission must apply through proper channel on the prescribed application form available at UHS website www.uhs.edu.pk
The application form with attested copies of certificates, testimonials and CNIC along with three passport size colour photographs must reach the office of Director (Admin & HR) on or before September 29, 2012, before the closing hours.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. On successful completion of the course, UHS will award a certificate to the candidate. This will be accompanied by a Certificate of Attendance by the University of Liverpool, UK.
