NCOC proposes two weeks summer vacations

The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), has proposed summer vacations in educational institutions from July 18 to August 1. However, it was decided in NCOC meeting that the final decision regarding summer vacations will be made by the respective provincial governments. The decision of the provincial governments will be final.

However, Punjab Education Minister Murad Rass is in favor of summer vacations from July 2 to August 2. It is to be noted that after the improvement in the Corona situation, the teaching process is going on in educational institutions in Pakistan, the examination schedule has also been issued, 10th and 12th class examinations will be held in July next year.

The schedule of Matriculation and Intermediate examinations will also be finalized in the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers Conference. The Department of School Education Punjab has proposed holidays from July 1 to 31.

On the other hand, the Sindh government has informed private educational institutions that it will not announce summer vacations this year to make up for the loss of students.
